The Website currently provides information about and may provide access to services and products including IT Services, GIS Services, GIS Training, Geocode API solutions, SpatioSafe, SpatioWorld Maps, and other offerings that Spatioworld may introduce, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue in the future.

By accessing or using the Website or any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Definitions

· "Account" means a registered profile or account used to access any Service that requires registration.

Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technologies to detect and prevent automated abuse and spam. Submission of a form may be subject to successful security verification.

7. Services, Products, Availability, and Changes

Descriptions, features, availability, pricing, plans, specifications, training schedules, supported technologies, and other details shown on the Website are provided for informational and commercial purposes and may change.

Spatioworld may change, add, remove, suspend, replace, or discontinue any Website feature, Service, Product, plan, functionality, or content at any time, subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments that expressly apply.

12. Mapping, Geocoding, Location, and Safety Services

Mapping, geocoding, routing, GPS tracking, location sharing, and safety-related features may depend on device capabilities, network connectivity, third-party data, open data, satellites, service providers, and other infrastructure.

Such information or functionality may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. These Services are not a substitute for emergency services, professional advice, direct verification, or independent judgment.

You must not rely on a mapping, location, tracking, or safety feature as the sole means of protecting life, health, property, or personal safety.

13. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Spatioworld does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or continuously available operation, or that a Service will meet every particular requirement.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, security work, infrastructure changes, or other activities that may temporarily affect availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spatioworld Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services.

Where a limitation of liability is legally permitted and a specific paid Service gives rise to a claim, Spatioworld's aggregate liability for that Service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the affected Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Spatioworld may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a Website feature or Service where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, violation of these Terms, or protection of users and systems.

You may stop using the Website or terminate an Account where the applicable Service allows it. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Spatioworld will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power failures, government action, labour disputes, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, or failures of third-party service providers.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Disputes should first be raised with Spatioworld using the contact details below so that the parties may attempt to resolve them informally. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes will be subject to the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking interim or injunctive relief where permitted by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Spatioworld may revise, update, replace, or otherwise change these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes may be made to reflect new or changed Services, Products, features, technologies, business practices, legal requirements, security measures, or other developments.

The latest version will be published on the Website with an updated Effective Date. Where applicable law requires notice or renewed consent for a material change, Spatioworld will provide such notice or obtain such consent.

Your continued use of the Website or applicable Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. General Provisions

· Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

· Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with applicable policies and Service-specific terms, form the applicable agreement between you and Spatioworld regarding the relevant Website or Service.

· Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent where required. Spatioworld may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business or assets, subject to applicable law.

· Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

· Notices. Spatioworld may provide notices by email, through the Website, through a Service, or by another reasonable method.
